Kitchen Linens: Red and Floral!

Who doesn’t love pretty fabric? I love kitchen textiles and these two sets from The Bay and Anthropologie are lovely. Can’t decide which print I like better.

Hot tip: Quilted padding for oven mitts can be very useful. I have a cheap pair and the padding is uneven because it’s not quilted. Every time I wash my oven mitts, the stuffing gets all clumped in certain areas of the mitt. I’m always nearly burning myself. It’s dangerous in my kitchen! Maybe I should pick up a some new oven mitts.

All Things Zebra: Jonathan Adler and DVF

Last week when I was browsing through instagram, I noticed Jonathan Adler posted these super fun zebra print trays and mugs. Very cute! I’m not usually a big fan of animal print, but I love these bright-coloured zebras!

I took a quick peek around to see what other cool zebra stuff is out there right now and DVF has this collection, also moving away from the typical black and white, in green.
